As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our main branded software products (FlexPay, SecureRX, AssurePay, and SecureDocs) receive optimal attention through effective content development and paid search initiatives. You will also assist in the AI creation of content for our sales team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support various marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content strategies for TROY Group's main branded software products (FlexPay, SecureRX, AssurePay, and SecureDocs), ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across various platforms.
- Work with the Director of Marketing to write and proof AI articles for the sales team.
- Create engaging and persuasive content for web pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and user-friendly webpages for our branded products.
- Coordinate with the Director of Marketing to manage and track marketing expenses, adhering to allocated budgets.
- Assist in organizing and executing trade shows, including logistics, booth setup, and inventory management for marketing swag closet.
- Assist in working with our resellers and distribution partners.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as sales and product management teams, to gather insights and incorporate customer feedback into marketing strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, making strategic recommendations to improve our marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content development, copywriting, and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends to drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in B2B marketing and familiarity with finance-related marketing expenses is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software is a plus.
