College Recruiters are an essential element of the University administrative team. Based on program and location capacity, recruiters build student prospects and new student markets by locating, establishing, and assisting in developing and implementing recruiting strategies and activities that enhance enrollments.
Essential job duties include: discovers and cultivates prospective student and new market leads; recruits prospective students and provides essential information related to admissions requirements and enrollment processes; makes vital information available to the community through visits and presentations; works collaboratively with University deans, faculty, staff, alumni, and current students to attract new students; fosters awareness, promotion, and support of a culture of higher education through outreach; assists and supports University initiatives related to recognition and growth; assists Enrollment Coordinator with arranging and coordinating faculty and staff visits with community college counselors or other event coordinators; and other duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications

1. One year of recruiting and/or sales experience
2. Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university
3. Must meet and maintain commercial auto insurance eligibility requirements and have a valid state driver’s license
