What are the responsibilities and job description for the Testing Manager position at Troy University?
The Testing Manager position is a full-time professional staff position within TROY Online, and is responsible for proctoring exams in the TROY Online Testing Center, receiving exam information, reviewing exam instructions, planning seating arrangements, validating student identity, and other functions as related to proctoring. The TROY Online Testing Manager will report to the Assistant Director of Testing and Proctoring.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution, OR minimum of five years of related experience in the Testing field
2. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, interpret data, and solve problems
3. Ability to prioritize duties, keep accurate records, and prepare detailed reports
