We are currently looking for an Parts Clerk who will be responsible for inventory control, parts order fulfillment, and customer relations. This position will be located in our Noblesville IN.

Responsibilities will include:
- Respond to, and fulfill, order requests from customers in a timely manner. Promptly provide quotes and arrange for delivery to customers.
- Retain responsibility for the security of inventory and for assessing the quality of the parts. Anticipate stock needs based on customer needs and requests and ensure parts are available for order fulfillment.
- Manage customer product inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience and enthusiasm for TCPR.
- Uphold relationships with suppliers and lead pricing negotiations.
- Drive the secondary supplier process to secure long-term margins and supply.
- Maintain and grow product knowledge for machinery that requires TCPR parts and services. Understand which parts apply to which machines and customer applications. Assist in educating fellow team members about different parts and suppliers.
- Review Parts Department financials including revenue, expenditures to uphold department profitability and success.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- Requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in order to gain sufficient skill to perform the requirements of the position.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to meet and exceed expectations.
- Proficiency with computers and software to maintain inventory, process orders, and for recordkeeping.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently under general supervision.
- Perform the basic functions of math and units of measure. Demonstrate a basic understanding of specifications, blueprints, manuals and mechanical drawings and have a general understanding of analytical methods.
