CDL-A Drivers - Owner Operators Needed

Job Type : Full-time

Pay Info : Owner operator receives 65% of each load gross

Supplemental Pay or Bonuses : Invoices of each load paid in the settlement will be attached.

Job Description : Ardwin Freight, a respected name in the trucking industry since 1988, is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team as owner operators.

We specialize in hauling dry cargo across the 11 western states. Our comprehensive support package includes necessary permits, authorities, and insurance to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of OTR experience
• Pass a pre-employment DOT drug test
• No serious violations within the past 5 years
• No more than 1 accident at fault within the past 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations (no more than 2 in the past 12 months)
• 3 Axle Truck with Sleeper in good mechanical and cosmetic conditions
• Truck must have original tires in good condition, sliding fifth wheel, and pass DOT and Ardwin's mechanical inspection

• 1099 Payment : Cutoff day Thursday 11 AM / Payday Friday
• W-2 Payment : Cutoff day Saturday midnight / Payday following Friday
