Responsibilities:
- Replying to Online Store Live Chats
- Replying to Customer Service Emails
- Taking on Customer Service Calls
- Taking on Phone Order Purchases
Skill/Experience:
-Had prior experiences in customer services
-Must know basic computer work and programs like Excel and Word.
-*Not Required but would be beneficial* - Knows about a few things about the automotive world. Especially the off-roading and truck community.
