We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part Time Accountant to join our dedicated team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Part-Time Accountant (30 hours/week) at Trudon USA, you will manage daily financial operations, including Accounts Receivable and Payable, and monthly closings. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to accurate financial records, ensuring the smooth operation of our subsidiary's accounting processes. You will report to the Finance and Administrative Manager based in France.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts Receivable:
- Recording customer payments / reconciliation
- Monitoring due dates
- Integrating credit card transactions
- Integrating revenue
Accounts Payable:
- Recording supplier invoices and general expenses
- Controlling and recording expense reports
- Preparing supplier payment statements
Treasury:
- Preparing supplier payments
- Integrating bank files
- Recording bank transactions
- Bank reconciliations
Intercompany reconciliation
Preparation of monthly closings
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background in Accounting with at least four years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a firm or an international multi-entity group.
- Proficiency in accounting software and IT tools, particularly Excel; knowledge of Navision is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
