Position Overview:
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our home care services by matching our clients with the best-suited caregivers. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will contribute to our clients' overall satisfaction and our caregivers' professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the management team to assess clients' care needs and preferences
- Manage caregiver schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient allocation of resources
- Match caregivers with clients based on skills, experience, and compatibility
- Maintain up-to-date records of client and caregiver information in our database
- Monitor and address schedule changes, time-off requests, and other staffing issues
- Coordinate caregiver training and professional development opportunities
- Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and colleagues to resolve concerns and provide updates
- Participate in recruitment efforts, interviewing, and onboarding of new caregivers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and labor laws
Requirements:
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
