We are seeking a dynamic relationship focused and results-driven individual to join our team. The ideal person for the role will have strong communication skills, take initiative, be self-managed, and enjoy building relationships.
This role is responsible for building relationships with key clients, centers of influence, and referral partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new commercial business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with commercial property holders, property managers, insurance agents, plumbers and HVAC contractors, and real estate brokers.
- Drive referrals through proactive activities, networking, and lead generation.
- Promote and market True North Restoration to new customers, targeting major accounts and referral partners.
- Lead participation in industry functions, such as trade shows and marketing events.
- Document and track prospect and client data using our CRM system.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and focus on generating high-value leads.
- Identify appropriate target accounts and effectively sell our services.
- Meet sales activity thresholds through client and prospect meetings, events, calls, and emails.
- Document and track opportunities and business development activities in our CRM program.
