What You’ll Do:

• Lead Pricing Initiatives: Manage and execute all pricing analysis strategies within the organization to drive business growth.
• Client and Prospect Evaluation: Analyze utilization and financial data to develop profit-enhancing strategies.
• Collaborative Strategy Development: Work with business development and operations teams to implement competitive pricing models.
• Risk Management: Conduct thorough research and analysis to make informed recommendations, minimizing unnecessary risks.
• Data-Driven Insights: Produce detailed reports, identify trends, and verify data sources to support strategic decisions.
• Process Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to enhance processes and programs for better efficiency.
• Industry Expertise: Stay ahead in a fast-paced environment, utilizing predictive modeling and advocating for clients or patients.

What You Bring:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Leadership Experience: Proven leadership abilities with at least 3 years in drug pricing/financial analysis or related managed care industry roles.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional mathematical and statistical knowledge, with experience in spreadsheets and databases.
• Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) is highly preferred.
