Join our Nursing Team as a Registered Nurse at San Marcos Adults Family Medicine

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm with a rotating Saturdays

The Registered Nurse (RN) reports directly to the Health Center Manager and Lead Clinician and is responsible for assisting in policies, protocol review, updates, and coverage for clinical patient care. The RN is responsible for delivering patient- centered services in accordance with the TrueCare policies, procedures and standards. This includes providing nurse triage services and health advice, performing routine procedures and testing, and participating in patient education.

Qualifications Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Graduate from an accredited California School of Professional Nursing
• Current California State Board RN License, BLS Certification for Healthcare Provider
• Ability to work 40 hours per week including alternative Saturdays as needed for coverage.
• Bilingual Spanish desired
  
  

Posses the ability to work independently and as a team member

Qualifications Desired

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Nursing experience in an ambulatory clinic and/or community health care setting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but no needed.
  
  

Knowledge of medical terminology, legal and technical aspects of a medical records system, and ICD-10 and CPT codes

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position. This position is also eligible for our annual incentive program bonus. If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer generous benefits and retirement plans.
