The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead acquisition, lead conversion, and the creation of effective landing pages and email capture forms. This role requires proficiency in HubSpot, HTML, CSS, and a solid understanding of the music or music education industry.Key Responsibilities :Develop and implement lead acquisition and conversion strategies to enhance TrueFire's online presence and user engagement.Design and optimize landing pages and email capture forms using HTML and CSS, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.Utilize HubSpot effectively for marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM to track and nurture leads.Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.Stay updated with the latest trends in online marketing and music education to suggest innovative ideas for growth.Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in online marketing, focusing on lead acquisition and conversion.Proficiency in HubSpot, HTML, and CSS.Strong understanding of the music and/or music education industry.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.Creative thinker with attention to detail.Benefits :Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement savings planGenerous vacation and holiday scheduleOpportunities for professional development and career growthDynamic and supportive work environmentApplication Process :To apply, please submit your resume, cover letter, and a portfolio showcasing your previous work in online marketing, specifically in lead acquisition, conversion, and landing page/email capture form design.
