POSITION: Account Manager - Tank Sales
SHIFT: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
PAY RATE: Competitive Salary and Benefits Package
LOCATION: Fargo, ND
TrueNorth Steel is seeking a motivated and engaging leader who has experience prospecting, developing, and executing sales opportunities with existing customers as well as prospective customers. This position would compose, negotiate, and close sales opportunities in our tank division.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Previous experience and understanding of market for associated product line.
Develop a detailed understanding of the target market for associated company products.
Identify target accounts and revenue opportunities for forecasting and tracking.
Develop comprehensive sales strategy to succeed with identified opportunities.
Execution of strategy.
Proactive and consistent management and follow-up of necessary tasks, including opportunities, quotes, shipment, deliveries, and all aspects of customer service.
Ability to use C(ustomer) R(elationship) M(anagement) software.
Follow required sales related processes.
Understanding of Risk Mitigation responsibility within sales.
Ability to effectively communicate with internal departments across TrueNorth Steel.
Always conduct yourself in a professional manner when dealing with customers, vendors, and TrueNorth Steel employees.
Travel up to 35% of the time.
Possess strong in communication skills both internally and externally.
Effective communication with all levels of decision makers at customers.
Revenue goal plan and achievement.
Willing to work flexible hours when necessary.
Willingness to travel as required executing sales account strategies.
Prompt and dependable attendance.
Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALITIES
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Willing to learn and utilize other required software systems.
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to demonstrate exceptional communication skills.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
Minimum of 5 years territory sales experience preferred, with continual growth in account responsibility and sales complexity.
