Trueway in Willis TX is hiring Level 2 Tech Position Dealing with all System OS and VOIP (VOIP experience preferred, but not required, but must be willing to learn).
At Least 3 year’s experience supporting IT and IT Help desk related tasks (Certs or Degree will help but not required)
- Great communication skills with customers
- Terminal (Windows and Unix) proficient
- high attention to detail
- We are an MSP so a wide variety of technical areas
- Dependable transportation to go On-Site to clients Offices (short trips, once or twice a week is average, mileage paid)
- Family oriented culture
- Weekends and nights off (optional on-call emergency request paid very well per support request – time tracked)
- Starting $17.50-$22/hr after 90 day probation evaluation
