Our Enterprise Hospitality Associates will complete an in-house training program here in Los Angeles, CA. Once training is complete our Trainers will work in their home locations and then travel when necessary to train & on-board new locations (50/50 travel). When a trainer is not traveling, they will work directly with the Director of Enterprise in a support/training role inside their home market. A Traveling Trainer must be able to work at multiple stores within the market and must be willing and able to be gone multiple weeks at a time in different areas of the country. Responsibilities-
New On-Boardings/ Existing Accounts
- Ensures the highest level of training standards is executed at all new restaurant on-boardings.
- Supports the proper execution of all new restaurant on-boarding processes, systems, and standards.
- Adheres to scheduled shifts and is willing to stay beyond when business or circumstances dictate.
- Evaluates team members performance honestly and completely.
- Manages all administrative tasks associated with each new restaurant opening before, during, and after the opening in a timely fashion.
Supporting Restaurants
- Supports previous existing restaurants as needed, including
- Evaluating and developing targets team members and managers
- Executes action plans
- Upholds standard operating procedures
- Influences development
- Plans, implements and follows-up on all projects as assigned by the Learning and Development team
- Serves as a subject matter expert for Learning and Development

Qualifications
· Track record of high performance in hospitality/ hosting/ operations
· Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· Minimum of two years of pervious full service casual restaurant experience Hosting/Training
· 1 to 3 years’ experience in hospitality field desired
· Previous training experience preferred
