HRIS Manager
The HRIS Manager will optimize TruFood's Human Resources information systems and processes while leading implementations. They partner with key stakeholders to understand opportunities to better support our employees and the business in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, communication, payroll and overall data management. The HRIS Manager will lead the exploration and implementation of new ways to create efficiencies and system upgrades, as well as maintain TruFood’s HR information systems. A successful candidate is a self-starter who can collaborate with others and own all project deliverables for an effective end product.
The HRIS Manager is also responsible for the daily operation of our HRIS by performing a range of duties including processing employee data and benefits, preparing reports, and maintaining data integrity. They are the subject matter expert to automate, integrate, and configure core HR processes. The role is a hybrid with availability to travel and maintain an office presence on the east and west coasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget
- Collaborate with teams to define project scopes, objectives, deliverables and timelines
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that TruFood is maximizing the value of every partnership
- Researches and resolves system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performs scheduled activities and recommends solutions
- Leverage knowledge of HRIS to develop, introduce, optimize and manage talent modules, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, engagement surveys, employee health and welfare programs and learning and development
- Design and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
- Discover opportunities for process enhancements and automation within the HR function, driving efficiency and continuous improvement
- Develops, documents and maintains overall Human Resources team Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines
- Keep abreast of changes in the industry and technology community, and collaborate with others to exchange ideas and share knowledge
- Be an integral part of an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team
- Ensures that all HR-related systems are regularly updated and compliant with labor regulations and legislative changes
- Supports development and management of structural policy matters related to the HRIS
- Researches and coordinates the setup of new state, local and federal employment taxes; ensures timely payment
- Processes multi-state payroll on a weekly basis; works with management to resolve discrepancies timely
- Works with accounting to reconcile payroll tax deductions with the general ledger; provides regular reporting to teams as required
- Manages all HR-related audits by providing support documentation, reports, and information on internal processes
- Manages the security-related systems as required

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and/or experience required
- 5-7 years' experience working with HRIS systems including but not limited to payroll, applicant tracking
- 2 years’ experience implementing and managing end-to-end HRIS or similar projects, preferred
- Intermediate or advanced working knowledge of al Microsoft Office applications

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
