The Senior Compensation Consultant is responsible for executing on key compensation priorities. This position will provide feedback on compensation strategy, design, implementation, and administration across core compensation initiatives in the space of broad base, sales, or executive compensation. In addition, the role will serve as a subject matter expert on compensation products with expectations of servicing and delivering innovative solutions that support Client needs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a subject matter expert on comprehensive compensation strategies, policies, and programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
• Assist as a compensation strategist to internal Client groups consulting on emerging compensation trends, industry best practice, and internal resources.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of market data and industry trends to benchmark and ensure the competitiveness of our compensation offerings.
• Execute on key compensation initiatives such as job studies, short- and long-term incentive compensation, and job architecture.
• Inform internal client groups on compensation trends, legal requirements, and innovative tools to enhance the existing partnership.
• Support compensation technology from implementation through delivery serving as a project manager in implementation and a product lead post implementation.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on compensation matters, including offer negotiations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
• Develop and deliver training programs and resources to educate managers and employees on compensation philosophy, practices, and policies.
• Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
• 5 years of experience (Preferred)
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
• Certified Compensation Professional (Preferred)
