Billing Specialist
Job Posting for Billing Specialist at Truity Partners, LLC
Our client is a leading organization north of Milwaukee seeking a temporary, possibly temp to permanent Billing Specialist to start immediately. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of billing and invoicing experience and possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. This is 100% in the office Monday through Friday. Please apply for immediate consideration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices for services rendered to clients.
- Compare original to actual billing proposal related to time and expenses in Concur.
- Maintain up-to-date billing documentation, including contracts and purchase orders.
- Work closely with project managers and techs to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
- Reconciliation of accounts receivable accounts.
- Performs other duties as assigned on accounting team.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- At least three years of prior billing and invoicing experience in a high volume, complex environment required.
- Experience in construction accounting or related job costing environment a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel required.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
