Our client is a global, prestigious professional services company looking to add a Compensation Analyst to their growing team. This is a highly visible to leadership and includes global exposure. There is opportunity for growth and advancement. They are open to hiring at the Staff or Senior level.
This position is hybrid with 3 days a week in office.
Roles and responsibilities of a Compensation Analyst include but are not limited to the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage compensation survey participation and monitor and document compensation programs
- Create compensation and diversity reports from the PeopleSoft Human Resources system
- Administer annual salary review processes and bonus calculations as necessary, including US and global office processes
- Monitoring and documenting compensation programs, including but not limited to online market data
- Utilize PeopleSoft to reconcile compensation information
- Create compensation budget information
- Propose and implement business solutions related to compensation
- Ad-hoc projects relating to compensation as needed, including designing and implementing initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business, HR, finance, accounting or related field
- 3 years of compensation experience, including running the process
- Strong communication, prioritization, time management and problem solving ability
