Finance Manager – Procurement (39548)
Our client is an organization in the Waukesha County area looking for a Finance Manager. This company is looking for someone with 5 years of industry experience, results oriented, and self-driven with the ability to think outside the box. The salary range for this position is $120k-$140k.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain monthly spending reports and month end variance analysis for purchase price variance, obsolescence, and inbound freight areas.
- Coordinate with accounting, corporate FP&A and/or other partners on financial, cost and accounting issues. Identifies, recommends, and drives solutions to problems.
- Lead in-depth financial analysis to support understanding of key drivers of results and implications on annual targets/commitments.
- Implement process improvements and engage in the design and execution of system improvements to provide clear, transparent reporting and analytics.
- Provide support and guide the management team in the development of the team’s long-range plan, annual operating plan, and monthly financial forecasts, by providing data and analysis.
- Act as finance lead on project teams in support of new product/business opportunities or cost savings initiatives.
- Ad-hoc analysis of new and existing business opportunities for financial justification to support decision making, and executing process improvements through enhanced technology and reporting.
The Finance Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor Degree required - Bachelor or Master of Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced analytical skills along with strong knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
- Team oriented with the ability to engage and influence cross functional teams.
- Systems application experience preferred, specifically PowerBI.
- Procurement/Sourcing experience preferred.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
