What are the responsibilities and job description for the Channel Sales position at Trusaic?
In Strategic Partner Sales you’ll represent the Trusaic brand - the company, it’s products, people and culture - with our key channel & alliances partners. You’ll be working with the marketing, sales teams to engage and develop business with existing & prospective customers.
The DEI center-of-excellence program will ensure applicants are trained in all aspects of the company, target markets, and DEI solutions, including SaaS software, analytics and data. You’ll receive training on the sales process and the Hubspot sales, marketing and support system.
What to expect from the role
Working remotely or from our Los Angeles offices, successful Strategic Partner Sales candidates will lead the partnership efforts at Trusaic .
- Engage and support existing large strategic channel partners
- Identify, develop, close and launch new partners such as HRIS and HCM systems, consultants in the HR, compensation, DEI and pay equity fields, and professionals in the benefits, health insurance & legal arena
- Engage senior executives, marketing and sales at existing and new partners to drive go-to-market and expansion initiatives
- Manage meetings with and delivery of presentations and proposals to partners
- Manage new partnership opportunities to successful closure, including the decision making, procurement, contracting processes, and then on-boarding
- Maintain an accurate & updated opportunity pipeline and provide key deal updates
- Market-leading compensation based on partnership revenue growth targets
- Well organized and up-to-date partner, customer and contact data and intelligence
- Utilize Hubspot CRM, Avoma, ZoomInfo and other tools to ensure all customer and partner information, contacts and activities are entered accurately and up-to-date.
What we expect from you (competencies)
A successful Enterprise Sales candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Professional channel sales experience of 5 years or more, with a proven track record
- Prior experience in human resources and/or technology fields
- Understanding of the human resources technology, consulting & partnership ecosystem
- Desire to take your channel and partnership career to the next level
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Positive and energetic outlook, excellent listening ability and strong writing skills
- Excellent reporting of key metrics, attainment & growth plans for Trusaic and partners
- Demonstrated outstanding performance in a previous sales role
- Competitive, results-oriented, motivated, and driven to exceed goals
