Position Overview :

As a Head Teller at our Highland branch, you'll play a vital role in delivering

outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with bank policies and

procedures. Your responsibilities will include conducting various financial

transactions, maintaining the cash vault, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist customers with cash and non-cash transactions, such as check cashing

and deposit processing.

Oversee the cash vault and till operations, ensuring accuracy and security.

Complete necessary reports and maintain records for auditing purposes.

Balance Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and process night drops daily.

Conduct regular audits of vault and tills, reporting any discrepancies to

management.

Cross-sell bank products and services to promote branch growth.

Continuously enhance knowledge of banking principles and sales techniques

through training and education.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service and cash handling experience.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience in the banking industry.

Working Hours :

Monday : 9 : 00am 5 : 00pm

Tuesday : 9 : 00am 3 : 00pm

Wednesday : 9 : 00am 5 : 00pm

Thursday : 9 : 00am 6 : 00pm

Friday : 9 : 00am 6 : 00pm

Saturday : 9 : 00am 1 : 00pm

Sunday : Closed

Note : Hours may vary by branch. Employees are scheduled to arrive half an hour prior to

branch opening and may work fifteen to thirty minutes after closing.

Physical Demands :

Ability to lift 10 to 20 lbs.

Extended periods of standing.

Manual dexterity for handling money.

Proficiency in operating office machines.

Effective communication skills in person and / or by telephone.

Work Environment :

Typical office / retail environment with ambient room temperatures and standard

equipment.
