Are you a reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious driver? Trusted Cabby is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a School Van Driver. As a School Van Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport students to and from school according to assigned routes and schedules.
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, conducting regular inspections and reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to student transportation.
  • Be in great Health.
  • Be timely, responsible and ensure to be available throughout school year.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in driving and working with children is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
  • A responsible and punctual individual who can follow established schedules.
  • Familiarity with local traffic regulations and the ability to navigate through assigned routes efficiently.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Known how to send SMS messages through your cell phone.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Apollo Beach, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Van driver (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
