Experience :
- 18 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.
Requirements :
- Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.
- Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.
- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details :
Required Skill PT; SNF exp. Would be great if had experience with pain management, edema management and manual therapy.
Possible weekends and HOL but may not be required
