Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Utah license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Information:

Candidates must be willing to care for COVID-19 patients.

No Block Scheduling requests Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Call: You may be put on call for your shift. You must be available to come in if you are called. If you are called back, you have 30 minutes to come to the hospital. Please plan appropriately. You are paid time and a half for working on call. Call off patterns will typically follow by date, but may also be determined by FTE status (PRN dock first; part time dock next; full time dock last). This will be determined by current manager.

Holidays: Yearly rotation of holiday blocks. Please plan to work the weekend of the holidays that are scheduled. Full time and part time staff are assigned to blocks. PRN staff are expected to work holidays according to tier. If uncertain what tier to fall into, please speak to the manager.
