About the role:
Trusted Media Brands is looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. Reporting into the Manager of Talent Acquisition, this self-starter is a talent expert with experience finding, attracting, and hiring top level talent and is a true business partner to our hiring managers and leadership.
About you:
You understand the importance of an excellent candidate experience and strive to keep the recruiting process fast, efficient, diverse, and human at all stages. Your energy is infectious, and you love to bring in talent. In addition to recruiting, you will also be involved with our people programs, specifically diversity initiatives, school outreach and culture activities, to name a few.
Your day-day:
- Partnering with hiring managers to bring in amazing talent to a growing organization
- Identify and assess potential candidates, screen, and interview and prepare a slate of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Manage continuous communication with the hiring manager and report search progress and recommend solutions to successfully find quality candidates
- Facilitate the hiring process, negotiate salary and prepare candidate for on-boarding
- Maintain relationships with hires to ensure their success in their new jobs
- Build and maintain a successful of pipeline of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
- Recommend ideas and strategies to recruitment team that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes
- Manage applicant tracking system
You have: (aka Qualifications)
- A keen sense of humor and genuine excitement about the work you do
- You thrive in a fast paced, flexible, team environment, and are motivated by challenges with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes
- Expertise in relationship-building and collaboration across functions and levels, not to mention you are a master of candidate relationships
- Experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates in recruiting database
- You have 2 years leading full life cycle recruiting responsibilities
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (ADP Workforce preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good knowledge of Boolean search operators
- Excellent interpersonal skills & the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
- Strong written communication, organizational and negotiation skills
- Experience in the media industry preferred
