1. High School Diploma, official transcript or GED
2. Level II background check through Medicaid AHCA and APD (Fingerprints)
3. Local Law Enforcement Background Check (From the County you reside)
4. Zero Tolerance certificate
5.State ID
6. Clean driving record
7.Reliable Transportation
(Any out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed after 60 consecutive days of employment

- Provide direct care and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement behavior support plans and strategies to promote positive behaviors
- Drive individuals to appointments, activities, and community outings
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to assist individuals with mobility
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their well-being
- Administer first aid when necessary
Skills:
- Experience in childcare or working with individuals with autism is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and procedures
- Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with mobility
