Position summary:

Audit all TSTECH America’s Inc company’s for risk issues. Identify gaps in management of TSTECH America’s Inc systems or management. Make recommendations or suggestion to improve TS America’s Inc companies.

Qualifications/Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree or equivalent work experience
• 10 years experience in manufacturing
• Project management skills
• Analytical skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Oral communication skills
• Ability to communicate in variety of cultures (Mexico, Brazil, Canada, Japan, USA)
• Advanced Power Point, Word and Excel skills
• Ability to interview for details
• Strong Ethics understanding
• Ability to put client at ease to maximize information gathering
• Strong skills in business systems and processes

Primary Position Responsibilities:

Contribute to enhancing internal control and improving business process by performing and/or coordinating risk-based audit.

• Support preparing annual audit plan
• Support preparing annual ICO budget
• Perform audits
• Express audit opinion
• Create ICO Pre-go questions for assigned sections
• Create ICO audit report for assigned section
• Support QCD Midpoints, Audits as needed
• Support J-Sox activities as needed

• Environmental conditions - Open office environment. May be exposed to moderate noise levels
• Vocal Communication - Required to express or exchange ideas by means of concise (clear, correct and timely) discussion with coworkers, customers, suppliers, etc.
• Hearing Perception - Ability to recognize information at normal spoken levels and/or ability to receive detailed information through oral communications and/or make fine distinctions in sound
