Production Worker

TS Tech, a global supplier of automobile seats and interiors, is building a world-class team with operations in 14 countries. Our production has expanded and requires team players to join our amazing TS Tech family in our Reynoldsburg, OH facility.

Full-time Production Associate positions are available in our Production areas for First Shift (6a-2:30pm) paying $16.05/HR ($17.05 with weekly Attendance Bonus) and Second Shift (4:30 pm-1 am) $17.05/HR ($18.05 with weekly Attendance Bonus). Quarterly step wage progression wage increases with a top rate of $20.57. TS Tech also provides great benefits including:

What are we looking for:

People with an eye for detail and a passion for quality are needed for this position. Our products are high quality and require excellence in each stage of production to ensure they are safe and superbly built. Our Associates have the ability to lift seat frames, have high manual dexterity, and perform detailed processes repetitively.

The plant operates Monday through Friday. During peak operation, occasional Saturdays are required. Overtime may be considered mandatory.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb stairs, use fingers, hands, wrists, arms, lift and/or move a maximum of 50 lbs. repetitively.
