Responsibilities
Coordinate semiconductor foundry’s account management for key strategic high performance computing (HPC) platform; supervise and coordinate engineering event/support, backend new materials analysis, yield improvement, pricing negotiation and execution of the launching of graphic cards and artificial intelligence chips in company’s leading edge processing technology (5nm or below).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering;
- 2 years’ experience in job offered or as Project Manager;
- Experience in the coordination of semiconductor foundry cross-department teams for engineering support, price negotiation, and graphic cards and AI chips launch in leading etch tech (5nm or below). Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.

At TSMC North America your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $130,354/year to $180,000/year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location. TSMC North America’s total compensation package consists of market competitive pay, allowances, bonuses and comprehensive benefits. We also offer extensive development opportunities and programs.
