TSMC Arizona is looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join our 5-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. Job Description:

Your main responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain HR business analytic capability that supports business operations and HR strategies.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies.
• Execute TSMC Arizona’s human resources planned operations.
• Implement employee solutions to comply with legal regulations and company procedures.
• Work with management team for HR strategies that grow current employees and develop a diverse workforce.
• Organize and Streamline company HR policies, planning and execution of HR processes and maintaining internal HR systems.
• Manage the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of workforce headcount performance via Key Performance Indicators
• Partners with Leadership teams and TSMC Headquarter to localize TSMC practice and to optimize labor requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:

• Legal eligibility to work in the United States
• Master's degree in human resources or a related business field
• 3 years of relevant work experience in employee relations, operations management, or HR management, with experience in a high-tech company being a plus
• Proficiency in oral and written communication in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to use programming language (e.g. Python, C ) to build automated reporting system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel concepts and functions, with the ability to independently complete a range of real-world tasks
• Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
• Working knowledge of labor law and market practices
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with experience using the PeopleSoft system being a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility to work various or long hours as needed to meet business needs
