Planning Manager

The Opportunity TTC, a Curtiss-Wright company, are a recognized leader in comprehensive and integrated data acquisition through telemetry systems that include data analysis units, sensors, transmitters, receivers, and ground station analysis tools to measure, record, transmit, and analyze aircraft and munitions parameters during test flights. TTC have a broad exposure on more than 140 programs, including high-performance military aircraft such as the F-35 and F-18, major defense flight test centers, spacecraft, missile programs, and commercial and business jets. Key products include data acquisition units, recorders, network products, RF networks, airborne transmitters and receivers, and telemetry expansion cards. Planning Manager The Planning Manager oversees activities related to the purchase of material, material control, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Location: Newtown, PA Your Challenge: Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures and material control systems. Ensures materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels. Develops material schedules and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Reviews and plans requirements for purchasing materials. May prepare material requirement plans using enterprise resource planning systems. May assist with the establishment and maintenance of the production control system. Your Expertise: Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration required. APICS training or certification Materials Management experience 7-10 years of Planning experience Experience managing direct reports. Strong Excel expertise Strong interpersonal skills, adept with MS Office, ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary : $86,700 - $110,000
