What You’ll Do

Ready for an opportunity to be a key player in fostering a seamless operation at our global headquarters? You'll go beyond typical facilities tasks, partnering with leadership to cultivate a smooth-functioning and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Your days will be filled with variety, from preparing for global town halls and other high-impact meetings with the executive team to coordinating maintenance with the landlord.

But one constant remains : your focus on crafting amazing experiences and a positive work atmosphere.

You’ll report to the Real Estate & Facilities Executive Director. You’ll make an impact by ensuring our corporate site operates seamlessly.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Prepare for meetings, welcome visitors, support the team’s needs, ensure a positive first impression, and exceed expectations with your warm and professional approach
• Maintain a clean, organized, and functional office space through proactive maintenance, addressing any issues that arise efficiently
• Develop and maintain a positive and productive relationship with the landlord and vendors, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns promptly
• Handle the process of submitting permits for any necessary modifications or installations within the office or events
• Provide logistic support to the executive team and collaborate with leadership to understand their needs and ensure the office environment supports their goals

The anticipated range is $45,000-$46,000 annually. Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill levels.
