What You'll be Doing

Looking for an opportunity to impact the employee experience through training? You'll deliver and develop customized training to positive results regarding improvement and development opportunities.

You'll support any initiatives / projects locally, regionally and globally. You'll also provide solutions to performance gaps.

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Conduct screenings (verbal, writing tests) to determine learning gaps
• Propose action plans based on screening results
• Develop and deliver training curricula customized to each account's and / or department's needs
• Provide with reports requested by the Manager
• Keep accurate records of important stats and other types of critical information
• Ensure training facilities are organized and well-run
• Conduct coaching sessions on TTEC employees who need the extra support and as a follow-up after course completion

What You Bring to the Role

• University studies
• Teaching experience
• English : Native language proficiency or Native speaker
• Proficient in the use of software for Instruction
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Adept in utilizing training room equipment (video beam, sound system, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Curriculum Development
