REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a maintenance technician in a facility or industrial setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; ability to interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Safety Commitment: Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as needed for emergency repairs or scheduled maintenance.
- Physical Ability: Capable of performing tasks that may involve lifting, climbing, and extended periods of standing or kneeling.
- Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment and systems to preemptively identify and address issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or plumbing malfunctions promptly.
- Respond swiftly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
- Manage tools and equipment necessary for maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments on facility improvement projects.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Assist in procuring necessary supplies and materials for maintenance tasks.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to optimize maintenance procedures.
