About the role:
Top Tier Solar Solutions is expanding rapidly and is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales to join our team! Top Tier Solar Solutions is the fastest-growing vertically integrated solar company in the nation.
Candidates for this position should be a hard-working, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate leader who has a passion for helping others reach their potential. Prior experience in a sales and/or leadership position is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire sales function of a particular market.
- Assist with recruiting and continuous development of the market to optimize growth.
- Work with Setting and Closing Directors in the market on proper techniques, production, and workflow to help improve the quality and quantity of sales.
- Train representatives on internal systems and processes.
- Identify and train new Sales Directors.
- Work with market Sales Directors on daily production and development of the sales organization in each market.
- Work with the leadership team to develop systems to help streamline the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay

- Virginia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
