About the role:
The Senior Director, Specific Sales is responsible for driving sales and revenue through strategic partnership with the entertainment/studio sales team. This role involves a deep understanding of entertainment content creation, entertainment marketing strategies, and advertising sales to ensure the successful pitching and selling of Tubi inventory/sponsorships to entertainment clients.
What you’ll be doing:
Liaise with the Creative and Production teams to craft sales pitches that resonate with the entertainment client base, ensuring our sponsorship offerings are packaged attractively for entertainment clients
Build and implement the Studio account strategy and growth plans
Set quarterly revenue (Direct and IO) goals
Work collaboratively with other Sales executives on cross-region and cross-channel strategy
Identify and champion new product opportunities for Tubi to dominate entertainment advertiser categories
Your background:
TV and digital video advertising sales experience
10 years working as a Sales Director
Strong track record of exceeding individual sales quota
Experience building out a well-performing sales team
10 years of relative ad sales/media industry experience
Experience working for a well-known broadcast, cable, or video ad network
