Presentation Specialist

About the Role / Team:

The Perella Weinberg Partners Presentations Team is looking for an experienced Presentations Specialist to join our skilled and knowledgeable team. The specialist will co-manage a queue of pending projects, ensuring all deliverables are the highest quality, provided with speed and accuracy. We are looking for someone with experience providing presentation support in a fast-paced, creative services environment.

A successful candidate will have knowledge of corporate desktop publishing, as well as experience with global creative service centers, workflow coordination and metrics. As part of our creative team, you will work directly with all levels of investment banking professionals, across all industry sectors and practice areas, as well as corporate functions. You will be a brand ambassador for PWP, upholding our style and brand guidelines in print and screen across the firm.

Please note that this role will be remote. Individuals will have access to our offices in New York, Houston, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco and Denver.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit documents using Microsoft Office 365
• Execute and troubleshoot complex graphic jobs
• Responsible for consultation, design, and creation of multimedia presentations for clients and events
• Field questions from all levels of professionals regarding formatting, on-the-spot document troubleshooting, and technical training
• Coordinate shift schedules for team of operators; aid in onboarding and training new staff
• Develop and maintain workflow tracking system
• Build and maintain relationships across all departments, representing the PWP brand and business principles

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of direct relevant experience
• PowerPoint: slide masters, new template design, expert layouts, custom graphics
• Word: section formatting (headers/footers, margins, layout), table of contents/figures with links, styles, tables
• Excel: advanced charting (Marimekko, price/volume, cluster-stack), tables, workbook navigation
• Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat DC: multi-layer graphics & logos in Illustrator and Photoshop, redacting, PIBs
• MapInfo Professional: creating & editing MapInfo workspaces, utilizing geocoding, queries, thematic maps, points and ranges

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graphic Design Skills: video editing, web design, animation
• Technical Training Skills: presenting virtual web training to groups, or large sessions in front of a live audience of trainees
