Tuesday Health is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our fast-growing startup in the healthcare industry. As a key member of the Product and Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting strategic projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that they meet the budget and timeline. You will apply organizational skills to operational processes like managing training and scheduling logistics for clinical staff. Additionally, you will work with leadership to implement new business with customers. This is a unique opportunity to work with a high-paced start-up and work across the entire business to drive success.

Core Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects using appropriate project management methodologies and tools
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders
- Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and resolve project issues and escalate as needed
- Support scheduling logistics for clinical staff
- Coordinate training logistics and schedules for clinical and engagement staff
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams, vendors, and partners
- Manage change requests and implement change control procedures
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions
- Support the implementation of new business processes and systems for health plan or provider customers
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in managing complex projects
- Highly organized and an effective executor
- Strong Excel skills required
- Can-do attitude with a willingness to pitch in anywhere to drive success
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred
- Experience in implementing new business processes and systems for health plan or provider customers preferred
- Knowledge of health care industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Ability to travel as required
