Job description
Tuf Trucks is seeking an experienced salesperson with a book of business that is looking to work for an independent dealership with an aggressive commission structure and flexible independent workplace atmosphere. We carry unique, accessorized trucks and other hard to find desirable cars.
Sales Professional duties include, but is not limited to, the following:
· Work with team members to develop your selling skills and deliver an exceptional experience
· Professionally greet new and existing customers in person, by phone/text/email, to determine their needs.
· Train in-person and online to become a brand expert
· Master dealership processes
· Provide customers with brand information, perform test drives, and vehicle walk-arounds
· Learn how to demonstrate, display, and maintain vehicles
· Maintaining a positive mindset
· Maintain knowledge of the entire inventory.

· Must be available Saturdays.
· Must have a current driver's license.
· An MVR, drug test, and background check will be conducted.
