Our Warehouse Manager will lead their warehouse team to safely deliver right quantity/quality, on-time, efficient and cost-effective operational support, to support building customer partnerships, and elevating business performance. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with weekend availability on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in construction or industrial solutions related warehouse operations, Ideally two (2) of which should be in a leadership role. A valid driver’s license, good driving record and current forklift license are required. Experience with implementing an inventory system a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on occasion.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and must be able to pass pre- employment background, check, credit check and drug screening. Tufco Flooring LLC maintains a drug- free and tobacco-free workplace.

The Company has a long track record of consistent significant growth and profitability. From our base in Hebron, Kentucky (Greater Cincinnati), we are pursuing aggressive expansion:

• of our flooring and drain solutions business into existing and new industry verticals throughout our 8-state region in the U.S. Midwest; and
• into additional industrial solutions businesses across the United States.

The Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate with the strength and experience of the candidate. An excellent candidate should expect a starting base salary of $65,000 per year, an additional bonus opportunity, depending on individual and company performance, plus a generous benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, health savings account, and matching 401(k) plan. A company laptop and mobile phone will also be provided.
