Dry Cleaning Delivery Driver
TULIP DRY CLEANING
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join DFW’s premier dry-cleaning company, part-time in the morning. The Delivery Driver is the first person our customers (both internal and external) interact with during established deliveries. You will be responsible for transporting clothes between locations and high-volume customers. As the face of the company, you are expected to make a memorable impression by displaying a positive and dynamic attitude while continuously seeking to improve the customer experience and retention.
Industry experience is not necessary but preferred. We are willing to train the right motivated and reliable candidate.
Duties & Functions:
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the mission of Tulip Cleaners
- Transport clothing between locations in a timely, safe and courteous manner
- Provide quality customer service through regular interaction and communication with customers and store employees
- Drive customer retention by building relationships and creating customer loyalty
- Inspect the delivery vehicle for defects and operation conditions before, during, and after each delivery
- Troubleshoot problems if necessary
Requirements:
- Work in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment
- Must have and maintain a valid Texas Driver's License
- Ability to work Monday-Friday shifts
- Ability to deliver legendary customer service that meets and exceeds customers’ expectations.
- Pay attention to details and follow a defined system, able to problem solve
- Fluency in English is required. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
