Position Summary:
- Responsible for providing strong sales techniques, administrative duties and excellent guest service, according to 6PM Hospitality Core Values and Hilton standards. This includes going above and beyond to ensure that guests are 100% satisfied. Manage all aspects of the Front Office in the absence of the Assistant General Manager.
Essential Functions:
· Exhibit regular and recurrent attendance records.
· Report to work in professionally appropriate attire, presented neat and clean.
· Ensure the neatness, cleanliness, and safety of all front of house and back of house areas.
· Greet all guests in a friendly, positive manner. Ask questions of guests and make personal connections to make them feel welcome and valued.
· Anticipate and meet the needs and expectations of our guests, then go one step further.
· Celebrate employees’ achievements.
· Monitor safety conditions and employees’ conformance with safety procedures; update emergency plans and procedures and assure that effective training for these programs is conducted in all departments.
· Rotate Manager on Duty shifts, including weekends, for the hotel as business dictates.
· Ensure front desk shifts are always covered, including weekends, holidays, call-ins, vacations, etc., making it fair for all Team Members and ensuring all job duties are covered.
· Hold Team Members accountable to the standards of employment and job performance set by the Core Values of 6PM Hospitality and Hilton. Discipline Team Members as needed, according to 6PM Hospitality’s policies.
· Hire, train, evaluate Guest Service Representatives (GSRs).
· Ensure all GSRs are selling the property according to the 6PM Hospitality sales standards.
· Review all guest surveys via Stay Experience Platform and follow up as needed to perform any service recovery.
· Assist with responding to Guest Assistance reviews
· Assist with Hilton Honors Tally point deposit logs
· Monitor inventory in OnQ on a daily basis and correct any out of balance issues. Follow up on any maintenance or housekeeping requests causing out of order rooms.
· Perform property walk-arounds each day and address all issues encountered. Report any issues to the appropriate department and General Manager.
· Prospect new hotel and event business. Collect Front Desk Prospecting with weekly guest names and send stay emails to prospective new corporate accounts/leads.
· Provide tours of the property, being sure to highlight all of the amenities.
· Assist with inputting rooming lists for groups including changes/requests
· Assist Front Office Supervisor in overall operation of the Café, while following local health department, 6PM Hospitality’s Core Values, and Café standards
o Ensure that all standards set by the local health department, 6PM Hospitality, and Café are being followed at all times
o Oversee Café department ordering while staying within budget
· Audit and approve bi-weekly Café tip for payroll
· Audit and approve operational departments bi-weekly payroll.
· Schedule front desk department monthly while staying within the labor budget.
· Attend weekly Manager’s meetings.
· Conduct monthly departmental meetings
· Lead by example and uphold all 6PM Hospitality policies.
· Assist other departments as needed.
· Follow all 6PM Hospitality Processes.
· Other duties as requested by management.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
