Do you love administration and caring for a community? Tummy Temple, a natural medicine clinic, is seeking a positive and proficient Care Coordinator to join our North Seattle Clinic team.
Full-time position available (32-40 hrs/wk). Position requires daytime, evening and weekend hours with 2 successive days off guaranteed.
Ideal candidates will enjoy working with people on their health and coordinating their care. They must be client-focused, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, emotionally mature, calm in a fast-paced environment, and be passionate about holistic health care. As well, candidates should be comfortable and passionate about supporting service and product sales. Interpersonal skills, professional presentation and ease with consulting are extremely important. Accuracy, efficiency, and a natural energetic nature are essential traits for being successful in this role.
Tummy Temple is seeking reliable individuals that are looking for a long term commitment and ready to join and contribute to a stable, dedicated team. Ideal candidates will have significant flexibility when it comes to providing coverage support when coworkers are out sick, and when planning ahead for vacation time as well.
Preferred experience:
- Minimum of two years receptionist/front end experience
- Demonstrated sales abilities
- Experience in administrative roles in clinics or spas
- Experience scheduling appointments and managing patient accounts

Basic Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Client outreach and sales to fill books
- Check clients in and out
- Sales and cashiering (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
- Help clients schedule appointments with an online scheduling system for both locations (Seattle and Olympia)
- Maintain facility (cleanliness, tidying, product displays, restocking supplies, etc.)
- Support management, administrative and practitioner staff
- Support conflict resolution with patients
- Research, contribute and manage social media content
- Create and distribute marketing materials
- Collections
