As an Outside Sales Representative with Tundraland, you will be surrounded by people who are passionate in providing excellent customer service and are committed to our amazing culture where we encourage personal development and growth paving the way to success. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations with homeowners who have expressed interest in receiving information regarding their bathroom remodel
- Use the tools, training, and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services
- You will have industry leading product samples, support and technology to assist you in closing the sale
- Run up to 10 pre-qualified leads per week (in home appointments generated/set by our call center)
- Absolutely no prospecting!
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- 2 years in-home or outside sales experience
- Home improvement related sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of one-call close
- A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Reliable transportation
