We are seeking a determined recruiter to assist in our multiple talent acquisition needs. Ideal candidate will have a passion for finding talent to meet our openings at all levels. Ensures that our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Assist to design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Recruiter should have a minimum 2 years of recruiting experience with full-cycle recruiting experience
- Requires solid sourcing and candidate management experience
- Ability to manage multiple high priority searches simultaneously
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of professionals and plant personnel
- Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, but also as an integral part of the HR team
- Utilize and lead creative resources and techniques to source candidates
- Ability to travel
- College Degree preferred
