**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory, including builders, property managers, landscape architects, designers, and other industry professionals.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and utilize this information to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and presentations to support sales efforts.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and applications of our artificial turf solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing to secure profitable business agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using our CRM system.
- Stay current on industry developments, product innovations, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the construction, landscaping, or related industries, with established connections and networks within the territory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
