The Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Manager. The key responsibilities of this role include executing the Promotional calendar, compiling weekly reporting and analysis, and managing team organization and priorities. This coordination will span the websites AmericanMuscle.com, ExtremeTerrain.com, and AmericanTrucks.com
- Promotional Strategy
- Manage the Promotional production process to ensure that all Onsite, Email, Push, and SMS messages are coded, tested, and scheduled accurately by the Marketing Coordinator, working at least two weeks ahead of the calendar
- Strategize Email, Push, and SMS copy, subject lines, and A/B tests to optimize each channel
- Oversee the implementation of successful test results into the specific marketing channel

Ensure any strategic changes are made to the HTML generator to improve dynamic content and HTML coding efficiencies
- Triggered Automations
- Build new email automations, reviewing messages for accuracy before launching in Listrak
- Strategize and run tests to improve trigger messages, keeping key performance indicators top of mind

Coordinate any changes needed to Transactional Emails. Assign tickets from Customer Service to Coordinators when necessary
- Campaign/Project Management
- Create monthly creative wireframes for all Email and Onsite campaigns according to the Promo calendar
- Submit RoboHead tickets that correspond to each wireframe
- Work with the Creative team to ensure graphics are created and delivered on time
- Oversee the Campaign Production Calendar to ensure all marketing campaigns are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Assign Ad Hoc Jira tickets to the appropriate Coordinator, ensuring all tickets are completed by their due dates

- Execute launches of new vehicles and generations
- Follow launch checklist
- Supervise the Sweepstakes process according to the Marketing Sweeps Tracker to ensure all Sweepstakes are launched accurately and on time
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy of all incoming assets including Creative, Social, and Ecommerce
- Manage multiple projects while contributing to other direct response marketing efforts including strategy and brainstorming
- Prioritize the team’s daily task list and review in meeting each morning
Reporting and Analysis- Complete weekly reporting every Monday morning for Email, Push and SMS
- Assign Email raw data reporting to Marketing Coordinator
- Add raw data into reporting dashboards and update pivot tables
- Compile weekly reporting email for Marketing Manager to review
- Add coupon results to the Email Learnings Archive after each promotion
- Make strategic recommendations on future promotional offers based on Effective Discount Rate

- Experience: 3-5 years of Ecommerce Marketing experience
