Sales Analyst

Job Description: Key Areas of Responsibility Supports sales departments through analyzing, reporting and owning special projects to support sales initiatives. Identity process improvements to simplify and automate how we support our sales organization. Handle requests from sales and sales operations leadership teams, such as generating reports, conducting research, and providing insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to align sales initiatives and optimize overall business performance. Gather and analyze sales data to assess performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Project management support including leading projects Responsible for commission reporting and chargeback process In conjunction with operations leaders, continually updating and maintaining sales agreements in accordance to FDACS standards Qualifications Must possess ability to balance independent work with team coordination and can effectively collaborate and influence at all levels of an organization Must have strong problem-solving skills to both identify and solve problems that arise within the team Strong financial, analytical and communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills Confident and self-motivated individual with a desire to achieve results. Strong Interpersonal skills needed to work directly with sales teams, leaders, and executives to understand their needs Proven success in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from complex datasets. Proficiency in using analytical tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
