As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining the online presence of Turning Stone Enterprises and its collection of gaming, hospitality, retail and recreation businesses.

You'll be responsible for ensuring our websites, mobile apps, and digital signage provide guests with the most accurate and up-to-date information. You'll also be instrumental in driving conversions through strategic content updates and e-commerce improvements. Working collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Supervisor, you'll manage content across various platforms for Turning Stone Resort Casino, YBR Casino & Sports Book, Point Place Casino, The Lake House at Sylvan Beach, and more.

What does a Digital Marketing Specialist do?                                            

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Supervisor to develop and execute digital marketing strategies for new and existing brands of Turning Stone Enterprises.
• Focus on measurable goals such as increasing market share, boosting sales revenue, attracting new guests, enhancing guest retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Continuously monitor conversion rates and make data-driven updates to website content and e-commerce functionality under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Supervisor.
• Work across teams (Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, CRM) to execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns – web, app, and digital displays.
• Manage ongoing content updates across various Turning Stone websites, ensuring information remains accurate, compelling, and up-to-date for guests.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues on paid media campaigns, communications, entertainment initiatives, CRM, and sales efforts.
• Maintain professional relationships with external vendors to leverage specialized expertise and stay current with industry trends.
• Other duties as assigned

Key attributes we're seeking as a Digital Marketing Specialist are:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in website management, online marketing, and/or SEO/SEM strategies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as required by Turning Stone Enterprises.
• Excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, with a focus on organization, results orientation, and initiative.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and collaborating with freelancers and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and tools like Dreamweaver, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, or similar solutions is a plus.
• Experience with website content management systems (CMS) or mobile app platforms like JOINGO is preferred.
• Basic understanding of HTML structure and syntax, as well as CSS styling.
